LegalLens
Legal Lens is a web application which provides a contract analysis service. Through LegalLens, users can receive easy-to-digest information on contracts. With the simple submission of the contract text, the user receives ratings on how favorable a contract is to the user, where the contract asks from the user things they might not want to give up, along with tools to compare between different contracts and ask for clarification on more obscure sections of the document. With LegalLens, we hope to provide people with the tools to accept and reject their contracts with the confidence that they are making an informed decision.
