Theme/Purpose
A better academic-based connection space that gets to the core what students really want.
Product
Our product is a social media-esque platform for users to be matched to potential friends, it is a space where students can easily seek tutors and a source where students can get the real scoop on a course/professor.
This idea came about through sharing the everyday annoyances we experience as students and how these aspects dwindle the limited time we have with such tight schedules. We wanted to create a platform to corral all the necessary things we use on a day to day basis and have it as a go-to space for all things school. It melds the opportunity to connect/find a community, is a reliable way to get academic help and needed a better platform that mitigates back-and-forth school apps in a comprehensive place. Our original target audience is UCSD students, however this is relevant to all institutions as a way for students to champion back their time.
Our product can be accessed at: [Link TBD]Being a student in one of the nation’s most expensive cities to live in, it can be hard to find fun and affordable things to do in San Diego. With Zelp, college students to easily find and share recommendations for activities and places to discover in the city!

The probability of Jiting playing Japanese Mahjong converges toward 1 as his free time increases.
