There are two three main ways to make data in SDSC Cloud available for download through the internet to users who cannot log into SDSC Cloud:

TempURL lets users share individual single objects with access expiration and security options. See the “TempURL” guide at : https://sdsc-ucsd.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SC/pages/110034985/Swift+Python+Script#%7C-TempURLTempURL.
HTTPS URL lets users access single objects. See the How to Share an Object Publicly guide.
